Principle

Thermal conductivity bridge technology:

Different gases have different thermal conductivities, commonly referred to as the thermal conductivity of the gas. A pair of matching electric heating wires are respectively placed in the sample gas chamber and the reference gas chamber. Due to the different thermal conductivity of the gas, the heat wire in the sample gas chamber has different temperature and different resistance when the measured gas concentration is different. Under the amplification of the Wheatstone bridge, there is a function relationship between the measured gas concentration in the sample gas and the output of the Wheatstone bridge. The measured gas concentration can be calculated through measuring the output of the Wheatstone bridge. Simple structure, good stability, small drift, strong corrosion resistance.
