Displacer level transmitter

Applicable to measure the liquid level, interface level at condition of high temperature, high pressure.

Principle:

The displacer immersed in the liquid is subjected to downward gravity, upward buoyancy and the the spring force, when the three forces reach to a balance, the buoy will be static at a certain position. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy force on the displacer will be changed accordingly, and the three forces will reach to a new balance. The extend-retract of the spring makes the torque tube produce angle movement, through magnetic coupling which drive transmission gear to indicate liquid level.
