  1. Conditions du fluide : Un flux monophas\u00e9 remplit l'ensemble de la canalisation, une petite quantit\u00e9 de bulles et de particules solides est autoris\u00e9e dans le liquide, et une petite quantit\u00e9 de solides, de particules de poussi\u00e8re et de brouillard liquide est autoris\u00e9e dans le gaz. La siccit\u00e9 de la vapeur satur\u00e9e n'est pas inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 85%. Il ne doit pas y avoir de flux rotatif ni de flux puls\u00e9. Le nombre de Reynolds Re>4000. La temp\u00e9rature et la pression se situent dans la plage sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Conditions de la conduite : il doit y avoir une section de conduite droite suffisamment longue avant et apr\u00e8s le capteur, dont le diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur est lisse et coh\u00e9rent avec le diam\u00e8tre DN. Les sections de tuyau rectilignes avant et arri\u00e8re changent en fonction de l'\u00e9tat du front pour s'assurer que le fluide est dans un \u00e9tat d'\u00e9coulement pleinement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Voir la figure 1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Installation du redresseur : en raison des limitations du site, la longueur de la section droite du tuyau ne peut pas \u00eatre respect\u00e9e, il faut donc installer un redresseur, comme le montre la figure 2. Il s'agit d'un redresseur poreux non uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parti, de structure simple, peu co\u00fbteux, facile \u00e0 installer et pr\u00e9sentant une faible perte de r\u00e9sistance. L'installation est illustr\u00e9e \u00e0 la figure 3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4. Installation conditions of vortex flowmeter: Keep away from the vibration source. When there is vibration, add brackets to the front and rear straight pipes at 2D to reduce vibration. The sensor diameter circle should be concentric with the inner diameter circle of the front and rear straight pipe sections. When the flange is welded, there should be no protruding part in the pipe when the seal is clamped. The flow direction should be consistent with the direction of the arrow. (2, 3, and 4 positions are recommended for high temperature, 1 position for normal temperature and low temperature, and 3 for vertical pipes) as shown in Figure 4.<\/p>\n

          6.Installation of vortex flowmeter in hazardous areas: The acceleration shock during transportation or installation is not allowed to exceed 2g. The installation requirements should comply with: “The People’s Republic of China Electrical Safety Regulations for Use in Explosive Hazardous Use Locations” stipulates that the meter must be used with power supply and signal safety barriers, or an explosion-proof sensor (transmitter) must be used, and it must not be directly connected to other power supply systems.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
