Product description: Misuratore di portata elettromagnetico ad inserimento HGCD is mainly used to measure the volume flow of water, waste water, sewage, beverage, pulp, slurry, the fluid temperature usually not more than 120℃, fluid’s conductivity not less than 5μS/cm.  It resolve the problem that it is difficult to install pipeline type meter on large size of pipe, meanwhile it saves a lot of cost compared to pipeline type meter. It is according to the principle of NIKURADS to measure average velocity of fluid, then get the volume of fluid flow.

  • Reserve the advantages of pipeline type meter, strong universality and interchangeability
  • If the process pressure is not more than 1.6Mpa, user can install or maintain under the process is running
  • Compared to pipeline type meter, inserted type is easy to install and its price is cheaper than the pipeline type
  • Can be installed on many kinds of pipe such as cast iron pipe, concrete pipe, plastic pipe
  • If install the insertion type EMF flow meter on the concrete pipe, plastic pipe, need to use a pair of anchor ears for connecting the flow meter’s socket
  • Without mechanical movement parts, lightweight, simple structure, long life span
  • Local indication, LCD screen, has signal output terminals
