Usage attentions<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Electrode type level switch is only for vertical mounting.
\n\u25cf Voltage shall be stable, voltage fluctuation should be within \u00b15%.
\n\u25cf Do not install Electrode type level switch in the place where there is large vibration or impact, otherwise the controller maybe happen miss-action.
\n\u25cf Electrode type level switch is not suitable for Nonconductive liquid, such as Gasoline, diesel oil, heavy oil, pure water, etc.
\n\u25cf All detect rods must be at least 50mm away from the longest rod ( see the following diagram)

\n\u25cf When the liquid contact the electrode, the position of co-action will vary depending on the type of liquid and the voltage’s changing of the power supply.
\n\u25cf In order to ensure that the electrodes do not contact each other in water, an insulating sleeve can be added to the electrode rod.
\n\u25cf In order to avoid the torsional contact short circuit caused by the too long electrode rod, the standard length of the electrode rod with diameter 6mm shall be not more than 2m.
\n\u25cf This product’s operation temperature is -20\u2103-70\u2103 in the steam environment, and \u2264200\u2103 in the non-steam environment.

Electrode level switch uses the conductivity of liquid to detect the liquid level. Once the conductive liquid in the tank touches the electrode rod, a signal will be detected and be amplified through controller, then output contact signal which is used to control the liquid level. Be applicable for industry of food, medicine, chemical, electronics, ships and water treatment.
