The design of nozzle is based on throttling principle of fluid dynamics. When the fluid pass the nozzle, the flow beam will contract, which make the flow velocity quicken, static pressure reduce, hence, the pressure difference is produced between the upstream and the downstream of the nozzle. The larger the flow rate is, the larger the produced pressure difference is. And the square root of the pressure difference is in direct proportion to the flow rate.<\/p>\n

Installation and Using<\/strong><\/h5>\n

1) Avoid the process pressure becoming negative pressure.
\n2) Prevent the nozzle’s flow field from the large motor, transformer.
\n3) Select the installation position which has no or slight vibration.
\n4) The location shall be easy grounding for the flow sensor.
\n5) Avoid the direct sunlight.
\n6) Avoid the environment where there is high concentrations of corrosive gas.
\n7) The requirement to the upstream \/ downstream straight pipe length specified in the calculation sheet shall be met.
\n8) The flow sensor can be installed on horizontal pipe, vertical pipe or inclined pipe, but the pipeline must be fully filled with the fluid.
\n9) The upstream \/ downstream straight pipe must be circular, the inner wall of pipeline shall be clean, no pits and deposit substance.
\n10) The installation of pressure tapping tube\u00a0 shall be comply with the industry standard.
