Description du produit

Principe
The 80G radar level meter adopts technology of frequency modulated (FM) continuous wave (FMCW). The antenna emits high-frequency FM radar signals, and the frequency of the radar signal increases linearly. The FM radar signals are received by the same antenna after being reflected from the measured medium. At the same time, the frequency difference between the transmitted signal and the received signal is in direct proportion to the measured distance. The frequency difference signal collected get through fast Fourier transform (FFT) to produce the reflection echo frequency spectrum, the distance to the target will be calculated base on the reflection echo frequency spectrum.

 

Fonctionnalité
● Millimeter wave radar, measuring accuracy up to ±1mm, measuring minimum blind area of 0.05m.
● Smaller antenna size, meet measurement for more working conditions.
● Smaller beam angle, more concentrated energy, stronger echo signal, has higher reliability compared with other type radar level meters at the same process conditions.
● With stronger penetrability, it also can be used for the working condition of adhesion and condensation.
● Larger dynamic signal range, measurement is more stable for medium of low dielectric constant.
● Multiple measurement modes, radar response time is less than 1S in fast measurement mode.
