Feature:
● Conductivity probe consists of two alloy rings round with coil, which is enclosed in the plastic ring, so the conductivity probe does not contact the measured liquid, no need of frequent maintenance.
● Avoid the problem of ion deposition, coverage or polarization. Oil contamination or pollution does not affect the inductance type electrode’s performance.
● Service life can reach about 10 years.
● Built-in special integrated circuit, directly output voltage, 4-20mA and RS485 digital signal.
● It can be used to match with conductivity transmitter or directly connect to PLC or DCS

Installation attentions:

> If conductivity sensor is installed on the pipeline, please pay attention to the following:
1. The fluid shall flow through the circular hole of the conductivity sensor, see the following diagram

2. Leave at least 20mm of space room around the conductivity sensor

 > If conductivity sensor is installed in the pond or open tank, please pay attention to the following:
1. Keep away from the feed inlet.
2. The circular hole of the conductivity sensor shall be inclined to the liquid surface, to avoid the occasional air bubbles staying around the conductivity sensor.
