Product description: Caudalímetro electromagnético de inserción HGCD is mainly used to measure the volume flow of water, waste water, sewage, beverage, pulp, slurry, the fluid temperature usually not more than 120℃, fluid’s conductivity not less than 5μS/cm. It resolve the problem that it is difficult to install pipeline type meter on large size of pipe, meanwhile it saves a lot of cost compared to pipeline type meter. It is according to the principle of NIKURADS to measure average velocity of fluid, then get the volume of fluid flow.

- Reserve the advantages of pipeline type meter, strong universality and interchangeability
- If the process pressure is not more than 1.6Mpa, user can install or maintain under the process is running
- Compared to pipeline type meter, inserted type is easy to install and its price is cheaper than the pipeline type
- Can be installed on many kinds of pipe such as cast iron pipe, concrete pipe, plastic pipe
- If install the insertion type EMF flow meter on the concrete pipe, plastic pipe, need to use a pair of anchor ears for connecting the flow meter’s socket
- Without mechanical movement parts, lightweight, simple structure, long life span
- Local indication, LCD screen, has signal output terminals
