HGCMF-C Coriolis Mass Flow Meter’s Features
  • Applicable to all kinds of liquids, mass flow measurement, with high accuracy
  • Applicable to liquids with high viscosity
  • Measurement and display of mass flow, density and temperature
  • Gas flow measurement has no relation with density, temperature and pressure
  • For the mixed gas of fixed components , the density value under standard condition (20 ℃, 325 kPa) can be used to do simple calculation to obtain standard volume of gas medium, no need of temperature and pressure compensation. This method is commonly used.
  • Flow sensor is Micro-bend type or Ultra-Micro bend type, size is smaller, save installation room

HGCMF-C Coriolis Mass Flow Meter’s Principles of Measurement

HGCMF-C Coriolis Mass Flow Meter has a pair of bend tubes. The principle is to detect Coriolis force forced a pair of tubes from inner mass flow by fluid.  A new force—Coriolis force would appear while two conditions met: (1) vibrating with normal frequency in a pair of bend tubes, (2) fluid flowing in tubes. This force was produced upon synthesis from vibrating force and flowing force by fluid in tubes. And tubes would be wresting symmetric the center line because the force forced. Two displacement sensors on sides of tubes detect the force and output electric signals. The signals regulated, mass flow directly produced.

● HGCMF-C Coriolis Mass Flow Meter’s earth terminal must be earthed when working.

● HGCMF-C Coriolis Mass Flow Meter is not allowed to change the electric parameters and standard model of explosion-proof parts in the sensor.

● HGCMF-C Coriolis Mass Flow Meter must power off before opening the cover in hazardous zone.

● The outside diameter of cable has type of φ8～φ8.5 and φ8.5～φ12. Please tighten the cable gland up when on-site using, and change the cable and gasket ring once they are aging or wearing out.

● Make sure that there is no gases which can erode aluminum alloy.

● Make sure that the maintenance or repair should be in safety zone without flammable gases.
