El interruptor de nivel ultrasónico no invasivo es un nuevo tipo de dispositivo de medición y alarma de nivel de líquido. Se utiliza principalmente para detectar el nivel de líquido del recipiente cerrado, realizar las alarmas de límite superior e inferior o controlar si hay líquido en la tubería, esta tecnología no se ve afectada por factores como la densidad del medio, la constante dieléctrica, la conductividad, el coeficiente de reflexión, la presión, la temperatura, la precipitación, etc. Es adecuado para el control de procesos de nivel de líquido en medicina, petróleo, industria química, energía eléctrica, alimentos y otras industrias, especialmente adecuado para aplicaciones con requisitos sanitarios, alta presión, radiactividad, toxicidad, corrosión y otras ocasiones especiales.

Principio de funcionamiento
The liquid level sensor couples high-frequency ultrasonic pulses to the container wall, the pulses penetrate container wall to propagate in the liquid, and are reflected by the inner surface of the container, detect and calculate the characteristics of the reflected signal, and transmit the measured data to the on-site secondary instrument in real time through the RS485 interface, it can be judged whether the liquid level has reached the position where the level sensor is installed.

Installation attentions for SYCW102-LC1:
1)on the tank body, the area which the probe contacts shall be polished to smooth and no rust. When installing the suction cup, the wave-emission face of the probe must be coated with silicone grease.
2) The ultrasonic probe and cable assembly (including item 3, 4, 5, and 6) have been assembled before leaving factory. Items 2 and 7 need to be provided by the user.
3) On the vertical tank, the high-level alarm ultrasonic probe is recommended to be installed near the spiral ladder for easy installation and maintenance. The ultrasonic probe signal line is inserted into the galvanized pipe and then connected to the controller along the spiral ladder.
4)After the wiring is completed, the explosion-proof packing culvert at the instrument’s cable entry must be sealed with the configured explosion-proof cement.
5)Explosion-proof flexible pipes are respectively connected to the cable entry of the controller. After installation, the controller shall be higher than the horizontal galvanized pipes on its both sides.
6)The connection specifications of the explosion-proof flexible pipe and the galvanized pipe shall be consistent with the actual selection requirements (cable entry is reserved on the instrument), and the joints between the pipe fitting and the instrument must be done treatment of waterproof and explosion-proof.

Installation attentions for SYCW102-LC2:
1) The digital ultrasonic probe provides adapter specification, adapter need to be equipped by the customer, When wiring, remove the adapter first, then re-install and tighten it after threading.
2) Items 2, 4 and 5 need to be provided by the user.
3) On the tank, the high-level alarm ultrasonic probe is recommended to be installed near the spiral ladder for easy installation and maintenance. The ultrasonic probe signal line is inserted into the galvanized pipe and then connected to the controller along the spiral ladder.
4) Explosion-proof flexible pipes are respectively connected to the cable entry of the controller. After installation, the controller shall be higher than the horizontal galvanized pipes on its both sides.
