According to the temperature range selection: If operation temperature is above 500℃, generally choose thermocouple, below 500℃ generally choose thermal resistance.
According to the measurement accuracy selection: Select thermal resistance for high accuracy requirements, select thermocouple for low accuracy requirements.
According to the measurement area selection: What the thermocouple measures is the “point” temperature. What the thermal resistance measures is the average temperature of the measured space.
