Buttons function of  SYPM-23 Pressure Transmitter: 

Button name Function description
S ● At menu interface, press S button can return measuring status.

● At parameter setting interface (Select setting), press S button can return menu interface.

● At parameter setting interface (Input setting), press S button can shift cursor.

M ● At measuring status, press M button for about 5 seconds, screen will appear the first menu interface “POINT” ( menu name “POINT” is flickering).

● At menu interface, press M button can enter parameter setting interface of this menu.

● At parameter setting interface, press M button to save the current parameters.

Z ● At menu interface, press Z button can switch to next menu interface.

● At parameter setting interface (Select setting), press Z button can select parameter.

● At parameter setting interface (Input setting), press Z button can change value.

 

How to enter menu interface of SYPM-23 Pressure Transmitter ?   And which menus are there ?

Answer:  At measuring status, press M button for about 5 seconds, screen will appear the menu “POINT” ( at this time, menu name “POINT” flickers), then press Z button can cycle switch among the menus:

Zero point calibration for SYPM-23 Pressure Transmitter

Make sure the pressure transmitter is powered on and under the condition of zero pressure, then press S  + Z for more than 5 seconds, then release this two buttons at the same time, then press S + Z for 3 seconds, the pressure transmitter zero point calibration is completed.

 

Range’s lower limit calibration for SYPM-23 Pressure Transmitter

Make sure the pressure transmitter is powered on and under the condition of the pressure which is equal to the range’s lower limit, then press S + Z for more than 5 seconds, then release this two buttons at the same time, then press Z for 3 seconds, the pressure transmitter will regard the current pressure value as the range’s lower limit, but the pressure transmitter’s sensor span does not change.

 

Range’s upper limit calibration for SYPM-23 Pressure Transmitter

Make sure the pressure transmitter is powered on and under the condition of the pressure which is equal to the range’s upper limit, then press S + Z for more than 5 seconds, then release this two keys at the same time, then press S for 3 seconds, the pressure transmitter will regard the current pressure value as the range’s upper limit, but the range’s lower limit does not change.
